Все девочки распределены на 5 возрастных групп: 5-6-летних было 45 человек (1-я группа), 7-8-летних - 41 (2-я группа), 9-10-летних - 41 (3-я группа), 11-12-летних - 34 (4-я группа) и 13-14-летних - 30 (5-я группа). Появление гипоэхогенной ретроареолярной зоны округло-овоидной формы (тип А) является первым признаком телархе. Этот признак может выявляться асимметрично. Среди 5-6-летних девочек тип А наблюдается в 12 (26,7%) случаях, среди 7-8-летних - в 19 (46,3%) случаях. Среди 5-6-летних девочек в 33 (73,3%) наблюдениях не отмечено ультразвуковых признаков начала формирования молочных желез, среди 7-8-летних - в 19 (46,3%) наблюдениях (Р &lt; 0,05). С 9-летнего возраста (3-5-я группы) телархе разной степени развития регистрируется у всех обследованных. У 9-10-летних девочек преобладает тип Б (трубчатые структуры по периферии гипоэхогенной зоны) (в 25 (61,0%) случаях), в возрасте 13-14 лет - тип Г (чередование гипоэхогенной (незрелой) и гиперэхогенной (зрелой) железистой ткани) (в 19 (63,3%) случаях) (Р &lt; 0,05). Выявлены умеренные корреляции объема ретро ареолярной зоны с весом (r = 0,39), ростом (r = 0,31) и индексом Вервека (r = 0,42) (Р &lt; 0,05). Молочные железы по взрослому типу (тип Г), имеющие вид пласта толщиной от 20,0 до 45,0 мм, определяются у 11,8% (4) девочек 11-12-летнего возраста и 63,3% (19) девочек 13-14-летнего возраста (Р &lt; 0,05). Толщина не зависит от возрастной группы. Ретро маммарная клетчатка выявляется только у 6,7% (2) подростков 13-14 лет гиперстенического телосложения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>82 patients aged from 34 up to 89 years old with acute myocardial infarction were examined. Q-wave myocardial infarction was diagnosed in 56 (68%) patients, non-Q-wave myocardial infarction - in 26 (32%) patients. Myocardial systolic function, serum creatinine level, and glomerular filtration rate (CKD-EPI formula) were assessed. Prevalence of acute kidney injury according to KDIGO 2012 criteria was 85% (n = 70). Albuminuria, kidney injury molecule-1, and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin which characterized structural kidney injury were examined in 50 of 82 patients. Renal hemodynamics was assessed in 32 of 82 patients by Vivid e (GE HC, USA) ultrasound scanner equipped with a convex probe (2-5 MHz). Interlobar renal arteries resistive index was calculated. There was not any significant difference of myocardial infarction type (Q-wave and non-Q-wave) prevalence related to acute kidney injury. There was not any significant difference between left ventricular ejection fraction and frequency of systolic myocardial disfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction &lt;40.0%) related to acute kidney injury as well. Interlobar renal arteries resistive index was significantly higher in patients with acute kidney injury comparing with patients without that (0.74 (0.71-0.76, 0.68-0.85) and 0.64 (0.64-0.66, 0.60-0.77), respectively) (median, 25-75th percentiles, minimal - maximal values) (P = 0.00082). Significant correlations were found out between interlobar renal arteries resistive index from one side and level of serum creatinine (r S = 0.43, P &lt; 0.05) and age (r S = 0.35, P &lt; 0.05) from other side.
